The mechanism is silky smooth, although requiring a bit more effort to open than other premium knives.The fit and finish are superb. The rivets which hold the iconic yellow side scales are so well flushed up that it is difficult to feel them with a fingertip. Both blades were sharp enough to shave, right out of the box. Perhaps best of all are the letters "USA" stamped at the base of the spey blade. |
