My only complaint is that there's a lack of pockets on it. Most messenger bags have a variety of pockets on it, either under the flap, on the inside, or what have you but this has none to speak of. That aside it's a good bag. Not overly large so it's not cumbersome but it is large enough to slide my laptop in along with whatever small tools I need to carry with it. The shoulder strap is just barely long enough to fit comfortably around me. I'm not a big man in the sense of tall(only 5'10") but I am a rather wide man and I like my clothing loose so it's a sure bet anything that I can fit into comfortably should be able to fit most of the population. The black and red colors are very nice. The emblem doesn't seem to be peeling or anything just yet so that's always a plus. The leather straps do seem to be made from a cheap leather and since I don't buckle them up, they're curling in odd directions. But that's no big deal since you can always reshape... I spray painted the crosses so I wouldnt look like a doctor, then bolted them onto a piece of pvc then bolted that with a couple of L shaped brackets onto my fender. They hold a lot of stuff. I can fit (roll up) my work clothes on one side and my lunch and some tools on the other (I store my shoes at work).
