I have used it everyday for nearly a year, but a few months ago the zippers started to break and open up on their own. Not cool when you are walking down the street! Otherwise a great product, but durable zippers would be needed for a 5 out of 5. Held up beautifully there and then in Iraq as well. The only thing it couldn't stand up to was the washing machine when my wife thought it needed a cleaning and the straps got shredded. I'd buy another one without hesitation - plenty of space, comfortable to wear, well organized. Not YKK Branded, though they do feel nice, but no telling the longevity of these zips. Great pack otherwise.
