The pictures makes the purse look ten times better. The supposed blued beaded handle wasn't blue. The colors were not as vibrant as the picture shows. Don't waste your money.  Not what I expected, = Durability: = Fun: = Educational: Amazon Verified Purchase This review is from: Shell Mermaid Bag (Toy) This "bag" although cute is not much bigger than a toy purse and I probably could have made a similar bag (possibly even better) for less money. The material is thin and foam-like. The strap is a set of metallic plastic beads (like a childs dress-up necklace) that I have already had to repair because it broke after a few minutes of my daughter swinging it around her wrist (with nothing in it) The plan had been to use it as her candy bag to go with her Mermaid costume but after recieving it I think it will have to just be an accessory instead. I don't dare put candy or anything else in it, definately not constructed for that type of use. Mostly for looks, not much else. I thought I was purchasing a purse suitable for my 4 year old neice who loves dress up. It is made of crafting foam with sequins sewn on. I could've made a higher quality bag for less money.
